Flush eye: If you get bleach into your eye, flush your eye with copious amounts of fluid to eliminate the caustic material.  You should then go to the closest eye doctor or er to be evaluated and treated.

Copiously rinse: If you have splashed bleach into your eyes and on your surrounding skin, rinse your eyes &amp; face with water asap. You should also have someone take you to an urgent care clinic to have eyes evaluated. A pH of your tears will be tested &amp; more Normal saline rinse (Morgan lens) will likely occur. Proper treatment &amp; follow up will be provided. Bleach is a very alkaline product &amp; can cause severe burns.

Rinse : You should rinse and irrigate your eyes for several minutes but don't rub them.

See ophthalmologist: A schrimer test of 5mm means that your cornea is drying out significantly as the normal should be around 15mm. Mild chemical injuries to the eye are usually transient and as tissue heals, the lubricating ability of the eye should slowly be restored. However the only way to be certain is to see an Ophthalmologist who would examine your eyes thoroughly to ensure no permanent damage has been caused.

Lubricating drops: The eyes are very sensiive to bleach fumes and will water excessively when exposed which gets rid of most of the bleach.  If you vision is clear, the eyes are not particularly red and there is no pain, you can just use over the counter lubricating eye drops to help flush out the rest.  If there is any problem, see your ophthalmologist.

Bleach fumes: Leave the area and ventilate it to allow the fumes to resolve.  Flush the eyes with artificial tears.  If persistent ocular symptoms, see an eye doctor.

Burns eye and lung: Bleach is a base. This can cause burns to your corneas making eyes red and to your lungs causing coughing.For the eye irritation see eye doctor and for coughing if it persists see family doctor.

Yes: As long as you didn't get bleach  in your eyes, you should be fine. The fumes can irritate the eyes and you may want to use artificial tears several times to help soothe your eyes if there is mild burning.

Very toxic: Get to an er. This is a seriously toxic combo. I did it once upon a time and the er staff said i was lucky to get help. Go asap. It really irritates your lungs, etc. Good luck!
