No: A woman cannot have any kind of true menstrual period while pregnant. People "not know" a lot of things in life, because people come in all types, shapes, sizes, etc... some are just not observant, some don't want to believe, some are unable to know, some know but must deny it, etc...

A "washout": A period precludes any fetus being present inside the uterus and therefore no pregnancy can co-exist with that type of bleeding.

Miscarriage?: Possibly a case of miscarrage. Very common. Mostly due to a chromosomal issue in fetus. Talk to pcp.

Pregnancy testing: The best time to rule out a pregnancy is if you are late by over a week. Plan B is a very efficient treatment  to avoid conception after unprotected sex at a crucial time in your cycle. It looks as though you have been very diligent and effective in preventing conception, and as long as your period is on time, you should not have any worries about pregnancy.

Crystal ball time!: If you had a negative pregnancy test on january 20, and are having a heavy period, my guess is that you are not pregnant. But remember that women can have bleeding during pregnancy, and this should be evaluated if it seems different to you in any way. Certainly, any symptoms of pain - particularly one-sided abdominal pain - should prompt a visit to your doctor, or even the emergency room.

what is the chance of still bein pregnant if u got a heavy period on placebo pills, took 2 pregnant  tests 4 weeks after encounter and both came out negative?

Not pregnant: If no sexual contact in the last 4 weeks, negative urine or blood pregnancy tests mean not pregnant. It only takes 2 weeks for a pregnancy to show up as positive on a urine pregnancy test. Testing at 3 weeks out, or later, will continue to give a reliable result... So a negative means no.

No: Please see your obgyn for a workup, u can get a blood preg test to see if u are or are not pregnant now.
