Not your thyroid: Some women get a puffy face while they are pregnant for unclear reasons which disappears within a few weeks after giving birth.  If you had a thyroid problem severe enough to cause a puffy face it would have been detected by thyroid testing during your pregnancy.  This is not a thyroid issue.

Weight change: It could be many things, but thyroid dysfunction is a common cause of weight change.  Since you have already been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, this is where I would start first.  Definitely get some labs done (including, of course, thyroid labs).  Perhaps your medication simply needs to be adjusted.  I hope this helps.

Many: If your hypothyroidism was significant and for a long time,  you should expect improvement in attention and focusing, improved energy level, regularity in your menstrual cycles and less edema/water retention, especially around the eyes and legs.

Yes,Subclinical: 1st make sure all levels were looked at:tsh, t4, &t3! too many docs are omitting t3.This is the active hormone!i  if you have the symptoms of hypothyroidism:dry skin, dry hair, cold intolerance, low metabolism, difficulty losing weight, obesity, constipation... It is quite possible you have subclinical hypothyroidism and need treatment (not synthroid, (thyroxine) it is the most over rx'd ineffective med made).

Unlikely: If no symptoms, it's actually within normal limits

if it's 5-6 hours after eating, and get shaky, nervous jittery, then can be earliest sign of pre-diabetes years from now.

Can: Hypothyroidism often causes constipation and may interfere with iron absorption. However, menstrual blood loss is a far commoner cause of iron deficiency in women.
