Doubtful: I've never heard of stress causing a yeast infection.  You should see your ob/gyn or primary care doc for evaluation.  Stress can cause outbreaks of other skin conditions like psoriasis, eczema and acne under the right circumstances.

Stress weakens you: Your main problem is stress-- these germs are having a field day at your expense. When under stress the body is weaker, as you've proved to yourself here over and over again. I highly recommend u do everything to change this. Quit your job, meditate, pray, exercise, get sunlight... Do something!  Not to scare u, but bigger problems can arise later if u go on living like this...

No: Anxiety and stress should not account for persistence of enlarged lymph nodes well after an infection, which caused them to swell, has resolved. However the swollen glands take a period of time to shrivel and sometimes permanent slight enlargement remains after the lymph nodes have burnt out.

Wouldn't think so: In medicine we never say never but this is is a bit much. HPV is a family with hundreds of strains, only a few of which are linked to cancer. Those strains may trigger it in months/years or never. Women got pap smears for decades to find early signs of the linked cancer long before we knew of a link to HPV. I wouldn't obsess about it but would get your regular screening done.

Hello. : Hello. It sounds like you have a lot of stressors right now.  Methamphetamine abusers can have profound problems with itching and often believe that they have parasites.  The belief that the person has a parasite is called "meth mites".  As a result of meth use, the person develops intense  itching and scratches his or herself to the point of developing a rash or numerous bloody sores.  I treated one man with methamphetamine addiction, who developed sepsis (infection in the blood) because of obsessive scratching, picking at his skin and trying to dig out what he throught was scabies with a knife.
  There are some people with serious mental disorders that develop something called tactile hallucinations, in which they have physical sensations which they might attribute to bugs, parasites, spiders etc. (when in fact there are no bugs or parasites present). 
    Hookworm is a parasitic worm that lives in the small intestine. Their eggs hatch in dirt. If you walked barefoot  in contaminated dirt, there is a possibility that a hookworm could enter your skin. I am doubtful that what you are experiencing is hookworm from your description, because they normally are in the gut where they often cause no symptoms. A more serious complication would be blood loss with resulting anemia. They would not be crawling in and out of your skin.
  It is clear that you are feeling miserable. I hope that you are able to determine the cause of this soon and get appropriate care.
