Not likely: Anytime, fresh sperm enter the vagina during a woman's "fertile window" there is always a risk of pregnancy. Given the circumstances you describe (placement by finger of small amount part of the way in vagina) very low likelihood of pregnancy. Smart, safe, and protected sex an obligation both partners have.

This can be easily treated but it would be helpful for you to see your provider for vaginal cultures, urinalysis, and urine culture.  Hope you feel better.

Lots of reasons: Many women do not like to give oral sex because they feel as though they are putting something that is not clean in their mouth. If you are truly embarrassed (and repulsed/turned off) then you were probably told at some point in your life that nice girls don't do that, and now you believe it, even though you can't remember being told that. A sex therapist can help, so can a supportive partner.
