Try antacids: Get a liquid antacid like maalox or mylanta and follow the directions. You might also want to try diluting whatever it is irritating your stomach  with skim mild or water. Don't take any more Ibuprofen or advil (ibuprofen) which could irritate the stomach more. You may want to opt for the mild wings next time. If stomach pain and other symptoms don't resolve with antacid you need to talk to a doctor.

Gastroenteritis.: Sounds like gastroenteritis, which could be viral or food borne.  If your symptoms persist beyond seven days, see a doctor.  Drink plenty of fluids while sick, preferably an electrolyte drink or juice.

A LOT!!!: Wow you are really not feeling well at all. You need to speak with your doctor as you have a lot of symptoms that may all be related or not. How long is this happening? Are you anxious, stressed, worried, depressed, have a virus, have and ulcer. There is so much here so i think that there are many things to consider and rule out.

Poopalicious!!: Sometimes it's not what we think we ate.In fact,it could be something we ate 2 or 3 days before. In any event, what to do:First,if you can take it,let it all come out the bottom,but be sure to replace that with fluids up top.If your stomach really hurts, or you feel like you want to throw up,take some Dramamine(over the counter; cheap).And if the pooping gets to be too much get some Imodium(ditto)

i ate a whole head of cauliflower, i made it like a mashed potato.  around 1/2 hour later i got such a sever pain in the middle of my stomach that traveled under my wing bones, and it lasted for 1 hr.

Consultants: Caulifor is a gas forming vegetable which could cause those symroms- this sounds like gas trapping ; however get a consultant opinion and use simethicone tablets as needed for gas (pphazyne or gasx)-i would laso advise an abdominal ultrasound: er if symtoms worsen.

1: No.  Spicy food has never been known to cause ulcers.  The 2 big reasons are nsaids (arthritis medicines) and an infection called h pylori.  Spicy food can however cause epigastric pain (dyspepsia).

Hemorrhoids: Your rectal bleeding is most likely secondary to internal hemorrhoids, and the spicy wings irritate them, causing bleeding.  However, rectal bleeding is never normal, so check this out with your physician to be sure.

Related?: Hot flashes are common at your age and are related to a decrease in estrogen production by your ovaries which leads to instability of the 'thermoregulatory' center of your brain.  This leads to spontaneous peripheral vasodilation and the resultant 'hot flash'.  These specifically are not typically associated with stomach upset, and this should be evaluated, especially if you have heart disease.

Visit a doc/GI spec: I am sorry about your stomach pains.  The symptoms that you are describes can be any number of things.  You need to speak with a doc who can take a full history and physical exam (Abdominal, and Pelvic exam), with labs to help narrow down the issue.  This might require the services of a GI specialist or an OB/Gyn because it could involve your stomach, pancreas, intestine, ovaries, uterus.
