See your doc: Please do what your doc asks in terms of the meds you take but he/she may want to adjust them after you mention this.  When we move from sitting/lying to standing there can be a pressure drop w/dizziness.  Peace and good health.

Perhaps your current medications need modification. Also because symptoms take so long to resolve you may have an undiagnosed heart rythym or failure problem. Talk to your doc and see if further testing and evaluation is indicated.

Orthostasis: Is that all meds you are taking? What is your average blood pressure? Also consider dehydration and anemia -- the reaction is called orthostasis and it is a normal reaction if not exaggerated -- so please discuss it with your doctor.
