Two ways at least: I wish i had not seen this so often as a pathologist. Breathing may simply stop as a result of the drug. Or for some reason that we've not been able to figure out, the air spaces of the lungs suddenly fill with fluid. Foam gushes from the mouth and the user dies. I give families the comfort that witnesses to this event say it seems that the person does not suffer -- but who knows for sure?

Yes: Injecting any drugs into arm veins can cause scarring of the veins, which increase your risk of swelling.  This is not true lymphedema, which is caused by damage to lymph vessels, but the symptoms of swelling can be the same.

Odours: It might cause increased body secretions and this probably gives some odour.
One other thing to consider is the possibility of an infection causing the odour, especially if there are other symptoms with it.

Unlikely: It is not likely that swallowing the semen of a heroin user will cause you to have a positive urine test. However, by having a heroin user as a boyfriend you are exposing yourself to many dangers, including HIV. Please reconsider your choice to have relations with a drug abuser.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

No.   Heroin will: show up as an opiate but not necessarily oxycodone.  However, many point-of-care drug screening tests include specific screening for oxycodone.  Also, if the heroin was cut or contaminated with oxycodone, both can show up on a urine drug screen. Alcohol is toxic and: potentially damages everything it touches, including hearts, but also livers, kidneys, bladders, etc.   Cocaine amps up everything (its a speed), plus is also toxic, so yes, it can damage tissue, too.   Heroin fills up opiate receptors and in effect, turns a lot of functions off.   Whenever you have tissue damage, you are likely to get inflammation, which is one cause of arterial plaque.
