Very little research: With natural herbs and vitamins for heart palpitation. Some that may help are omega 3 fatty acids, carnitine, coq10, and magnesium. I will advise to get a good history and physical an r/o causes like physical reconditioning/obesity, dehydration, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, medications like diet pills, caffeine, energy drinks, cold drugs, stress and emotional problems, street drugs etc.
