: If there are only two of them, each in about the same spot on each side of the meatus (urethral opening), then warts are very unilkely. If in doubt, get professioalyl examined.

: warts grow out of the outermost layer of the tissue (epithelium) which does not have hair follicles which are in the deeper layer. But in a hair baring area can give an appearance of hair groing out of it. No this forum does not accept pictures.

is aldara (imiquimod) a dangerous medicine? im going to take it against genital warts. can this medicine cause any dangerous side effects? deadly?

Safe Medication: Aldara (imiquimod) does not have any black box warnings or major complications associated with it.  As it is a skin based treatment, most of its side effects (and expected effects) are skin irritation.
Since it is an immune therapy, you should expect the warts to become inflamed as your body attacks them.
There have not been any reports of death from topical application of aldara (imiquimod).

for genital warts on the penis is there more of an area they grow than others? i hate one flat spot towards the base on the side?

: There is no predilection for warts to occur on any particular part of the penis. See a doctor for diagnosis of the "flat spot".
