what medicine i take to get rid from gas pain in ribs and back?

Evaluation needed : Sensation of gas and pressure in the chest and back may not be related to gas at all, e.g. cardiac pain may feel like gas. Best would be to be evaluated by your doctor ASAP.

i was wondering what my rib pain means?  my right rib has hurt none stop for almost 3 days and nothing gas helped it.. now my chest hurts as well.

? Muscle pull: or sprain at the lower end of your rib cage on the left side, there muscles, tendons, bones, ligaments, etc. so different types of tissues that can inflamed, and it is common, time would heal. Part of the colon passes in this area, so possible to feel gurgling at times, best wishes

Referred pain: abdominal pain can radiate up in to the chest -this is called referred pain -not your heart and not uncommon.

Should be checked: A change in bowel habits should be investigated. Could be lactose intolerance, irritable bowel syndrome etc.

Yes: Lyme disease is known to infect every organ and can cause virtually every symptom known to man. It is not unusual for lyme to cause costochondritis, inflammation of the joints between the ribs and sternum (breastbone), causing pain in the chest with deep breaths.  Lyme disease can also cause pleurisy, inflammation of the lining of the lungs, which causes pain in the rib region with deep breathing.

Yes: The presence of pleural fluid indicates involvement of the pleura - inflammation there (commonly called pleurisy) can accompany pneumonia and is painful with inspiration or cough. NSAIDs, (like ibuprofen) are often very effective for this type of pain.
