Hypothyroidism?: The labs that you report are normal. The symptoms are not normal. The symptoms are somewhat suggestive of hypothyroidism.  I would recommend addressing the symptoms with your child's pediatrician.

Lifestyle therapy: The most concerning symptom is the hair loss which could be congenital, caused by medications/drug, or thyroid problems. Low folate (folic acid) is usually caused by inadequate intake (try broccoli, Brussels sprouts, asparagus), and elevated WBC is often associated with smoking. I don't see one diagnosis. Have a good check up and then focus on lifestyle: heathy eating, activity, sleep, stress management.

Stop worrying: We see these from time to time. They are no cause for concern. Reference ranges are set for the vast majority of people. Just be happy. Elevated B12 has some arcane significance in hematology but it does not apply to healthy people. Just be glad.

If the Folic acid level in the body is low, it can cause Anemia. The symptoms of anemia include tiredness, fatigue and weakness.
