Also very effective is ↑ed quantities of high fiber/low nutritional value vegetable based foods, e.g. lettuce, cauliflower, broccoli, celery,  etc.; raw potentially more effective than cooked. Not necessarly: There are many factors here toconsider, how long this has been going on? Was there any blood in the stools, any rectal exam , colonoscopy?, barium enema. Based on these , we can come closer to make a giagnosis.

Constipation: Definitely sounds like you have constipation related to the oxycodone. Whenever you are on a narcotic, you'll need a laxative to help you stool. I recommend docosate sodium via prescription or magnesium to bowel tolerance (i.e. Until you get the quality of stools you want). Start with 500mg/night and double every night until you achieve the stools you want. You should be stooling 1-2x per day.

Depends : This all depends on what you consider healthy and not. I suggest you evaluate your diet for foods high in FODMAPs (fermentable sugars) and avoid these. Consider starting with removing all dairy products that contain lactose such as milk , cream, ice cream, cheese.
