Brain Aneurysm: I assume you mean brain aneurysm, in which case the answer is no. A 2cm aneurysm is very large and will be easily detected by contrasted ( or non/contrast) ct scan.  If by chance you are mistaken and mean 2millimeter, not centimeter, it is very easy for a ct to miss.

Yes.: It depends on the composition of the stone. Gallstones are usually cholesterol and may not be calcified. Tiny urate renal stones may alson not be seen.

Depends: A ct scan would usually show an aneurysm, but it depends where. If you are looking for an abdominal aortic aneurysm , a non contrast ct is adequate. If you are looking for an intracranial aneurysm, a ct angiogram with IV contrast or an mra would be indicated.

Yes: They can be small and not all are in the adrenal gland.  Biochemical tests are the most sensitive.  Ct is useful for most cases if the biochemical tests suggest pheo.

Yes: Yes.  Ct angiogram scan is the best imaging modality to diagnose an abdominal aneurysm and to measure it's size.

Yes: The contrast is to show blood flow. While some aneurysms have wall to wall flow, most are lined by thrombus, with only the central portion of the aneurysm showing flow. The CT scan can show the wall of the vessel, as well as flow. An arteriogram only shows flow.

Yes: There can be structural, infectious and metabolic problems within the intestine and liver that are missed by ct scans.  Blood work, physical examination, dietary changes, and stool cultures will determine if direct visualization by scope is necessary.

Yes: Over many years a vessel can deteriorate.
Many are in smokers, age 65 and up is a higher risk category for example.
Largest number are in the abdominal aortic section, but some in any area of aorta.

Ct can miss small tumors.
Seriousness depends on what they are.
Small ones can cause many different symptoms.  Depends on where they are in the brain.
