Croup: An upper respiratory infection with runny nose and fever with swelling around her vocal cords from a virus can cause exactly what you describe.  When it causes a cough we call it croup.  She may still develop a cough.  If she has no trouble breathing and resolution of fever you are good.  If any difficulty breathing, high fever or drooling she needs to be seen right away.

Yes: Conjunctivitis or "pink eye" as it is often called is most often caused by viruses. Very contagious and tends to spread to the other eye by self contamination. Limit your exposure to others and perform proper eyelid hygiene, ocular decongestants can ease the symptoms, artificial tears, and Acetaminophen for mild pain control. If worsens, particularly if your vision is affected, photophobic, see md.

Seasonal flu: is very common viral infection. Usually the condition resolves on its own with home care. Drink water and get a good rest. NSAIDs (e.g. Aleve, Advil) or Tylenol (acetaminophen) are also recommended every 6 hours. If concerned, see your PCP for examination.

Rhinitis: Runny noses have nothing to do with temperature.  They come from allergic reactions or from viral or bacterial infections.

Stuffy Nose: you have to make sure that it is just a common cold or flu not sinusitis or allergy. because if you have sinusitis it will most probably require a different treatment than just "tablet" if you have fever or this will be going for a long time please consult your physician

See Allergist: You need to be seen by an Allergist as you are likely suffering from chronic rhinitis and need further testing and evaluation. Skin or blood testing can be performed to see what you are allergic to and can assist in avoidance measures. Daily steroid sprays can be helpful for allergic rhinitis. Ipratropium bromide can be great for drying out nose for persistent dripping/running.
