Many possibilities: Your pain could be as a result of many different things. A thorough history and physical exam and possibly some laboratory and radiology exams are needed to determine the exact cause. Causes of pain may include: trauma (fracture, sprain, arthritis), infection, metabolic conditions (gout), musculoskeletal or biomechanical abnormality and neurologic conditions (neuropathy).

Chest xray: many viral illnesses can cause symptoms for weeks, but with a continued cough and pain, I would worry about developing a pneumonia.  It would be wise to get a chest xray to make sure there is not a worse infection going on

Doctor can examine: Throat pain in a teen can be from a strep throat (antibiotics needed), a cold or flu (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to look for strep). Occasional sharp chest pains may or may not be related to the throat, so a Dr. should check.

Pleuritic chest pain: Sharp pain with taking a deep breath, coughing or sneezing but not with movement of the arms is often caused by inflammation of the lining of the chest wall cavity or pleura.  There are many causes, but viral URI and pneumonia are common, but pneumothorax and pulmonary embolism are possible.  If fever, shortness of breath or labored breathing, see doctor urgently for Dx. If mild, ibuprofen is ok.

Pain right shoulder: Pulled biceps tendon, pulled/torn rotator cuff. Bursitis. A lot depends on whether it was due to trauma or repetitive motion. Does it hurt when you touch it? Where does it hurt? Do you have limited motion of the shoulder? You would honestly need a physical exam to answer the question.
