Abdominal pain: I am concerned about her cough, fever and abdominal pain, your child should be evaluated for pneumonia.  How long has she had the cough and is there any vomiting associated with this illness?  I would recommend you make an appointment with her doctor or take her to urgent care.

Uri: Sounds like a viral syndrome or flu virus with muscle aches, pains and sore throat. Fever is common with many viruses. Give the symptoms time to improve. Take Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen for the pain and fever.  Drink plenty of fluids.  Get your rest and if symptoms last more than a week, consider seeing your doctor.

Abdominal pain: The pain described has the characteristics of pleural origin, it could be from the bottom of the lung covering irritated what is called pleuracy.  It could be from the irritation of the diaphragm or heart lining tissue and muscles. Having said all these based on the history, you need physical to narrow down the diagnosis. Get it checked out if problem persist.

LLQ pain on coughing: May be from constipation, diverticulitis( pain on pressing?), ovaries/vagina( discharge? ovulation?pain on pressing?). Sometime musculoskeletal if very active or hernia Would make sure not constipated and then consider possible CT if persists and you are not pregnant f/u w/ doc

Get Checked: Coughing up blood can come from minor and from serious things.  The sooner you can be seen, the better.  When it's persistent, there is more urgency to see a doctor.

Should not: Be that painful at this time. I would most definitely discuss with your surgeon and have him/her examine you and see fi you have had a complication such as an abscess, which needs to be treated.

Regardless : Regardless of the cause "unbearable" abdominal pain warrants an investigation. Even though you think you may not have appendicits you very well could. Free fluid in the abdomen can cause this pain from a ruptured appendix as well as the infection that accompanies it. Other possible causes are diverticulitis and even something as simple as a urine infection.
If you have not done so already please see your doctor for evaluation and testing.

Left sided pain: Discomfort in this area may be from a strained/inflamed abdominal muscle, colon inflammation like diverticulitis or colitis or to ovarian or other pelvic disorders. Because your symptoms are worsening, and if there is associated tenderness, you should be examined by a physician tonight.

Upper abdomen?: If you are having pain in the left upper abdomen and then develop a cough you could have one of several things. Most likely is a viral infection but could be acid reflux or possibly a lung infection.
