Could be normal: Blood sugar is best checked fasting. Although agave nectar is more slowly absorbed than refined sugar, it's will likely cause sugar to be elevated. 
Elevated fasting sugar = concern for diabetes. If worried about diabetes, glucose tolerace test can be performed (iv sugar and check before and after). Also a hemoglobin a1c is a blood test that will reflect history of excessive high blood sugars.

Depends: Blood glucose is best monitored in fasting condition. You should have fasted at least 8 hours not taken anything other than water. This result is not interpretable due to your intake of coffee and sugar before the blood draw.

Normal: I don't quite understand the question.
You should only be checking your blood sugar regularly if you have diabetes. In that event I would strongly advise you not to put sugar in your coffee.
If you don't have diabetes there is no need to be concerned about sugar in your coffee but not too much or too often.

Need to retest: Fasting blood sugar test should be done after an overnight fast of at least 8 hours. Do not eat or drink anything other than water. 106 is not too high but by some it may be considered pre-diabetic. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Get retested: You probably weren't supposed to do the sugary drink before your test. Everybody makes simple mistakes like this. Tell everything and get rested. I'm still worried about your blood sugar. Best wishes.

No: It sounds like your bs is poorly controled. You need to get in touch with your doctor and try more aggressive control of your glucose. Chronic high bs leads to blindness, kidney failure, heart disease, peripheral vascular disease and diabetic neuropathy.

If it was a: finger-stick blood sugar, they are not accurate enough to separate low-normal from abnormal glucose. If you are thin and healthy it was a normal glucose. If you have questions, have your doctor order a lab glucose level which is much more accurate.

im a newly diag dieabetic im taking 2000 mlg metformin a day my blood sugar was 100 this am i ate a bolw of whole grain cerial w/ a cup of whole milk and a cup of coffee no sugar , my blood sugar went to 260. i took my meds and didn't eat till 4 ish this

That's : That's a high sugar but sugar tends to shoot up within 1-2 hours after lots of carbs like cereal. It may take some weeks for the full effect of metformin. You may need additional treatment along with the metformin. I suggest you see a certified diabetes educator and dietitian for further guidance. Test your sugar at varying times before and 2 hours after meals and bring in this record book to your visits. Your hemoglobin a1c is a good test of average sugar over the past 2-3 months.
