Chocolate &amp; vertigo: The answer is obvious: Dark chocolate contains something, or more of something, the causes your vertigo. What that is, I have no idea. Tyramine, maybe. The problem could be in the vestibular apparatus, cranial nerve VIII, or in the brainstem itself. You might narrow it down by comparing detailed chemical analyses of different chocolates, but knowing what it is won't change anything.

Doubtful relation: Assuming that by dizziness you mean a sensation of spinning or tilting or loss of balance, it is more likely that you have same symptoms at other times also i.E without eating chocolate as well. See an ENT and medications can control your vertigo.

Chocolate 101: In short, yes.  Chocolate contains sugar, caffeine, theobroma compounds and can affect serotonin.  If you are diabetic, the rush of sugar can cause compensatory changes in insulin prompting a rapid fall in sugar and dizziness.  Caffeine-sensitive individuals can experience hypertension/hypotension with chocolate and there is evidence that some individuals may experience effects of excess serotonin

i just had a chocolate lately and 15min later i feel dizziness and my shaking. it's been 2hours and its not going away.

i for the past week went back to work from.the office and i eat in morning amd again wen it is supper.

Unclear: Not sure exactly why this is happening but I wonder whether or not you are hypoglycemic which would cause you these symptoms and chocolate corrects the low blood sugar.  How often does that happen? Are you diabetic?? Please see you doc as some investigation is needed.

TOO MUCH CHOCOLATE!: Could be the sugar but more likely the caffeine in the chocolate. Probably nothing to worry about-don't overindulge again. If symptoms recur, please seek consultation from you provider!

No short answer: It sounds like hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). It can be seen in diabetics but more often, i feel, in people who later will be diabetic. If you are overweight please lose weight. 
Please see a physician, other things can cause it.
If you have diabetes in the family the chances are greater that you will be. If someone has a test meter, when you have that spell, clean your finger & test your sugar.

Labyrinthitis: Depending on which nerve root was affected by your shingles outbreak, you may have "irritated" nerves that innervate the labyrinth, or balance centers of the ears.  If shingles was not a case of the head and neck area, then i recommend a simple blood test such as imunocap, which tests for food allergies, thus helping you identify allergies directly and minimize your exposure to them.

i'm 25 weeks pregnant and have not felt the baby move for more than 24 hours now, i have tried eating chocolates and juice to jo success. i have also been experiencing bouts of nausea and dizzy spells. should i be concerned?
