Yes: A hot tub can result in blood vessels in the extremites to dilate and cause decrease circulation to the brain.  This can certainly cause fainting.  Many who faint will have seizure-like activity from lack of oxygen to the brain, but it is not the same as epilepsy.  No one should be alone in a hot tube because of these safety concerns.

: If uncontrolled epilepsy, usual advice is NOT to drive, do activities at heights, operate power equipment, swim or take a bath alone.  Glad she is controlled, but just to be fully safe, hot tub activities should be accompanied.

See below: If you had a generalized tonic clonic seizure after becoming unconscious, you might feel disoriented and have generalized muscle aches afterwards. You might have bit your tongue or cheek during the event or even urinated;/or defecated on yourself. If you are concerned, it may be recommended to see a neurologist for detailed evaluation. Can be hard to tell: Seizures can be preceded by an "aura", a feeling that the seizure is coming. This could be a strange smell, taste, feeling, visual hallucination. Passing out is typically preceded by a feeling of lightheadness, and/or nausea, sweatiness. Dangerous causes of passing out have no warning. You will be doing something and bam, you wake up on the floor. Hope this helps.

Fatigue : There are features that you might experience after you had seizure and those features are  headache, fatigue, tired, sleepy, confusion, tongue Biting, urinary or bowel incontinence, etc.

Pre-migraine?: Many adults who had seizures as a child later develop migraine like symptoms.  Often these start as a strange head rush with dizziness and nausea.  They may get worse and more often if complicated by anxiety.  Chill out and abort the event when you feel it coming.

i am believe i was misdiagnosed wwith dementia and epilepsy. i was passing out,or fainting without a seizure. 2 weeks after i was diagnosed with cll. could cll been the culprit?

: Yes, if leukocyte count extremely high that may result in hyperviscosity syndrome that can cause different neurological symptoms, including syncope. Coexistent conditions cannot be unfortunately ruled out and follow up with your primary care doc is recommended in trying to sort it out.
