The : The blurring of vision you are describing could be caused by a large list of reasons ranging from benign dry eye to a more serious blood flow issue.  It is important to note if you are experiencing any other neurologic symptoms during these episodes such as headache, nausea, numbness/weakness of your arms or legs, dizzyness, ect.  These could be signs of a blood flow issue and warrants a prompt workup with your pcp.

The fact it clears with Aspirin is unusual and may or may not be related to your condition.  Dry eye can also cause blurry vision when you wake up.  This usually resolved with blinking or consistant artificial tears.  Other corneal issues have also been known to cause blurryness in the am.

I'm sorry i can not give you a set answer.  You do need a proper eye examination by an ophthalmologist to rule out corneal or retinal problems.  If the eye examination is normal, the doctor may want to refer you to a neuro-ophthalmologist for a further evaluation.

what could cause a ruptured blood vessel under an eye? will it go away?  had headache on same side a day before. i am on baby aspirin. stop taking it?

: Although details are scanty, this fits with migraine headaches, and suggest neurological consultation, as these days, we have many OTC and prescription remedies to abort and prevent these events.

Severe headache: The location of the headache in your case doesn't add any value to the diagnosis or treatment decision. You can use Aspirin to treat it. If worse or other symptoms occur, seek urgent care clinic or er evaluation and treatment.

Rare: Everyone is different but that is very rare to happen with either drug so I would look for other reasons than these medications.Less than 1/2 of 1% have reported this so not significant.

Can be Aurable....: For most people, dealing with a headache goes no further than taking  a common over the counter medication, maybe relaxing for awhile, and the pain is gone. Bu,t there are some headaches that come with much more intensiveness, in clusters, or with vision and sensory distortions that simply defy the usual headache treatment remedies. Your needs will best be met by seeking out a headache specialist.

Sometimes: We use Aspirin in pregnancy under certain medical conditions, and only if there are no alternative medications. Monitoring its use by your doctor will insure it's safety. Generally though, we recommend Acetaminophen for things like headache, sore throat, pain, or fever.

Bleeding.: Only theoretical fetal risks exist for the consumption of 81 mg of Aspirin daily periconceptionally and during the pregnancy - namely a small increase in the incidence of fetal gastroschisis. My main concern would be the slightly increased risk of placental abruption and definite increased risk of any bleeding because of platelet inhibition. Aspirin may prevent fetal growth restriction and pree.
