i have a small, raised, pink area on my skin. it does not itch or crust over. could it be cancer? i was diagnosed with eczema in february. my eczemic rashes look similar, but they itch and sometimes crust over. should i see a dermatologist?

Unlikely...but: I think what you describe is unlikely to be anything significant as cancer at your age. I would discuss the site with your regular doc at any upcoming encounter. If they have concerns they can decide if a dermatologist visit would be worth your time.

can a person have paget's of breast or any forum of breast cancer for 5 years and not know with breast rashes that go and come for that long .

No: Pagets  disease of breast is carcinoma of the terminal ducts of the breast which essentially is the nipple.  The tumor spills out of the nipple to superficially involve the areola and within months will produce ulcerating skin lesions of the whole central breast.  If left, within a year or so one will have advanced and probably metastatic breast cancer.

i have red bumpy rashes on my breast which itch. on scratching them, there's more redness in the area. no history of breast cancer. what's causing it?

Need more info: Onset, duration, exacerbating factors. Would need to follow up with your physician for a physical exam

does gas x cause rashes? and i have a bubbly sound feeling in stomach with or without eating is this a sign of colon cancer?

: I don't know what gas x is but exposure to something you are allergic to can certainly cause a rash.  As far as bubbling in your abdomen, its called peristalsis where the intestines contract and relax like an accordion to move stuff along. This is entirely normal. Nevertheless, you are almost 40 years old and due for your first colonoscopy to screen for colon CA. This is the only sure way to tell.

do you know if there are differnt kinds of dermatologists like that just deal with acne and rashes and moles but not skin cancer?

No: The specialty will encounter all types of disorders of the skin. Dermatologists are all trained to examine biopsy and treat lesions.
That said some specialize only in cancer surgery most notably MOHS surgery involving skin cancers with resection and closure of the wound. Not all dermatologists perform this surgery.

Rash perhaps: Rash is a good possibilty especially if the redness is around the bra line (allergic reaction to new or tight clothing)·  Apply benadryl (diphenhydramine) or hydrocortisone cream a few times; if it doesn't go away check with a dermatologist

HIV?: USUALLY WITH DECREASED LYMPHOCYTES CD4 WOULD BE ALSO LOW. LIKELY NEED MORE TESTING.

Secondary infection: this is probably unrelated--you may have developed a secondary infection like sinusitis.this is not cancer.see your doctor--probably needs an antibiotic.

No: An itchy rash is not cancer. See a dermatologist or your family doctor for evaluation.

could a rash be vulvar cancer?  what does vulvar cancer look like?

Maybe: Most vulvar cancers are bumps, little cauliflowers, or ulcers. The one that looks like a rash is paget's, a relatively non-aggressive one that develops slowly and looks strikingly abnormal. If the rash stays around for more than two weeks, a physician office visit is in order.
