High BP/low BP: Yes it is possible if you are taking BP meds, your BP can get really low due to meds and need to be adjusted.

Do you take nitro: If you ataking betablockers you could try ed drugs\
make sure no nitroglycarine or any nitratrs are not in your medicayions that can cause severe low BP and complications.

Aspirin Stroke: Uk researchers reviewed 287 trials of treating high-risk individuals with anti-platelets therapy. The review found that, overall, any anti-platelet therapy led to a 1/3 drop in heart attack risk, while the risk of non-fatal stroke fell by 25% and cardiovascular death risk declined by  16%.  Based on these findings, the use of long term Aspirin is indicated. I recommend to follow your doctors rec.

Diagnosing high BP: One high blood pressure measurement does not mean you have hypertension. Relax, and check it again when you are feeling comfortable and have been sitting quietly for at least 5 minutes.

See your Dr: Your blood pressures are high.  This could be due to hypertension or perhaps your BP machine is not working accurately.  I would see your Dr and get a reading there.  Cut back on the salt in your diet and avoid energy drinks or caffeine containing products until your pressures return to normal.

Need to be seen: your extreme obesity and high blood pressure may be affecting your heart causing this feet swelling, in other words: it can be a heart failure, hopefully not, go to urgent care or ER, good luck

Depends on severity: This really depends on the severity of your high blood pressure.  Hypertension is one of those illnesses which does its damage in the background -- at least for the first several years you have it.
