took gf 2 er for lrq pain 11/30, dr said ovarian cysts. cysts gone but pain turning worse, no appetite, nausea. er last resort? meds not helping? help

See a Gyn?: Can you not get her to a Gyn for an office visit? She needs further attention and an ER is great for acute emergencies but not long-term  (or complicated) problem solving. As a last resort, ER again is better than ignoring it.

Perhaps: Rarely some ovarian cysts do produce hormones that can cause nausea.  It is unusual.  Please consult a gynecologist to rule out other problems.

Infection: Urinary tract infection (uti). Especially if you have burning with peeing and urgency or difficulty holding pee.

Ovarian cyst ?: Your symptoms may not be caused by the "1 cm ovarian cyst", so if pregnancy is possible, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain you are not pregnant. Sometimes infection, or even a pregnancy outside the uterus is present (ectopic), which needs more attention than "...in two weeks".

No it is not normal: To have pain and nausea.  Get to your gyn for definitive treatment of your ovarian cyst.

day 6 postop laprascopic removal large ovarian cyst.  nausea despite taking zofran 4mg q6h.  havent had but a few crackers in about 10 days. next steps?

Surgical follow up: Post op Nausea can be triggered as a side effect of postop narcotic pain medication. You will want to schedule a follow up with your surgeon. They will listened for bowel sounds and ask questions about flatus and bowel function. They will do an abdominal exam to make sure all is healing normally
