No: No. Chlamydia is passed from the penis to the cervix or vise versa. The same is true for trichomonas.

Mouth to penis CPR?: It is unlikely to transmit chlamydia unless the woman's mouth is already infected. In that case, it could produce a reaction(cpr). The mouth is rife with bacteria as opposed to the "cleaner" vagina, so before one "biblically knows" a partner, it is a great idea to know your partner well and remain monogamous.

Chlamydia: Oral sex has potential to transmit a number of sti's. Herpes simplex, hiv, hpv, gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis ; hepatitis can be spread via oral sex. Chlamydia can cause pharngeal/ throat infection when spread via oral sex. This isn't a common method of transmission. My understanding is that chlamydia isn't spread through saliva. I am not aware of chlamydia being spread oral to genital via saliva.

Rare...but possible: Depends on several factors: are both of you monogamous? Are you having both oral and vaginal sexual penetration? Is this a new sexual partner? The best idea is to get an STD screen. Use condoms and spermicidal foam or jelly
