Very low risk: Cunnilingus (oral-vaginal contact) is very low risk for STDs, especially for the oral partner. In my 40 years in the STD business, I've never seen a patient who apparently acquired any STD by performing oral sex on a woman. In theory, you could get oral gonorrhea, herpes, syphilis, or HPV. No HIV risk. If no symptoms like oral sores or sore throat, you needn't worry and don't need testing.

Trauma: Not necessarily. Usually trauma to the urethra with intercourse causes this.

Yeast infection: Men seldom develop symptomatic infection but can colonize the skin on the penis and transmit it back to the woman, resulting in difficulty in elimination of her symptoms. It is not an std in the sense that you are using it.

Two primary types: The two that come to mind that are  most likely to cause infertility include chlamydia & gonorrhea. Both can scar the sensitive areas within the fallopian tubes where fertilization occurs. Gonorrhea is more likely to cause other symptoms that lead to treatment, but chlamydia can be asymptomatic & overlooked unless regular testing is done.

: Did she have any cuts or sores on hands, did she wear gloves? Did you wash up afterwards? All could be causing this sensation. You didn't exchange any bodily fluids, so it could be a bacterial or fungal infection. See a doctor  if it continues and wash up area good. No STD to worry about.

Possible: Can experience a bacterial flora imbalance leading to sore throat w/o it being from an std player, but gonorrhea / chlamydia are common sources as well. Get checked, and have to fess up to dr as many common cultures will not grow these & need to be sure antibiotic covers them as well.

: Zero risk for any and all STDs. Conceivably HSV1 could be transmitted if your partner has oral herpes, but that's not an STD.

Yes she can: Of course it would not affect her uterus as it has been removed. However the vagina ; introitus are not immune to catching an std from an infected partner.
