Need to evaluate mor: Looking into toxins, leaky gut, and other co-infections is necessary.  Also need to evaluate hormones (thyroid and adrenal particularly).

withdrawing from sertraline and keep getting odd buzz in head when i move suddenly or loud noise why is that as feel ok and getting libido back ?

Sertraline and Buzz: first let me tell you it is real! Second it is from decreasing the serotonin in your brain.  Third I don't know why you and I get it and others don't. Fourth it may not go away for a long time.  My advice, take just enough Zoloft (sertraline) to get rid of it even if that is 1 mg. then try again later and see if the buzz is not there when you stop that low dose, talk to your doctor.  Good luck.

Not: Hypnic jerks are brief movements. Not a buzzing sound in the head.  It is possible your constant worry and anxiety you listed could contribute.

im slowly weaning off celexa, (citalopram) how long will i be experiencing the withdrawl symptoms for? fatigue, body aches, headaches, buzzing in head etc..

Why withdrawing?: If you are doing it slowly and appropriately you should not be having withdrawal symptoms! that is the point of weaning. The higher the dose you are taking, the longer it will take to wean--two to four weeks should be adequate for most cases.
It also depends on what else you are taking. Consult your doc before doing this--should not be stopping med w/o your doc knowing.

Buzzing in head: Buzzing is often related to inner ear disorders.  Some medications like aspirin, ibprofen, Aleve (naproxen) can cause buzzing.  People with hearing loss usually have a buzzing sound (tinnitus) in the ears or head.  Be sure to avoid loud noise.  See an ENT for this.

In small group buzzing in ear might be due to vascular malformation or tumor in internal auditory cannal. A simple test and physical exam by your doctor can help to differentiate.
