? Heart condition : You may have a rapid heartbeat problem which is either regular or irregular. If your physical exam was normal along with your EKG, a Holter monitor is indicated to see if you have an irregular,fast or skipped heartbeats.The monitor could be for one day or recorded much longer or as an event monitor. You should also consider bloodwork to check for an electrolyte in balance or a thyroid condition.

Heart monitor: have you work a heart montior during these? Sounds like you need to. If that's normal then I wouldn't worry too much about it. If you carry your phone in a pocket In that area and have it on vibrate it could be ghost vibrations from that. People experience that. I'm serious.

Neuralgia: We don't know exactly why, but sometimes a little nerve, often near the skin surface, "goes on the fritz" (entirely my term!). It could be the result of superficial trauma, or even the body's immunologic reaction to an otherwise unappreciated infection, etc. The nipple and areolar area is  high innervated (has lots of nerves). It will in all likelihood resolve on it's own in a few days. Good luck!

The : The only thing that come to my mind is something called an arteriovenous malformation.  That's an blood vessel abnormality that lets blood flow directly from an artery to a vein, and it is frequently associated with a buzzing sensation and a vibration that you can actually feel.

Avms can occur anywhere, including in the soft tissues of the chest.  On the other hand, avm's don't suddenly appear in previously health people.  If you have had trauma to that area, or surgey, then you might have developed an arteriovenous fistula, which is a similar problem.

: Much more history is needed to interpret the signs-  Stress/Anxiety/Exercise/Caffeine...  Best to see the PCP for a good Medical Evaluation with EKG, appropriate Imaging and Labs if indicated.

Get checked: The next step will be to schedule a breast exam. Without an exam i'm not sure anyone can advise you on this. Vibration symptoms occur in various body parts. Usually it is a small muscle spasm called a fasciculation. An exam is your next step.

Doctor can evaluate: A person with tightness, pressure, or pain in the right chest can see his doctor to be evaluated. Pains can come from neck and shoulder muscles, the ribs and their joints, the lungs or heart inside the chest, the nerves coming out of the spinal cord, etc... If one feels his pain might be from the heart, has a tight chest pain, or has past heart disease, he should go now by ambulance to the ER.

Cramps and vibration: The feelings of vibration is usually caused by small muscle contractions and relaxations.  Often too small to see.  That is very similar to a cramp which is the same thing but it keeps recruiting other muscle cells to contract and not relax.  What you are discussing is probably due to  some type of stress injury.  Women sometimes experience this due to restricting clothes or exercise injuries.

Yes a chest cold: can give a heaviness in the chest. Best to see doctor  and be checked to rule out pneumonia or other cause. Less likely cardiac at age 28.
