my anxiety has got much worse recently and i now get butterflies in my stomach feeling it is feels like a sinking feeling i get when i'm really worried is this from the anxiety/stress or a different issue it started last week when my anxiety got bad?

: Suggest instead of pondering  causation, you become  proactive and find a psychologist or a counselor who can provide a treatment  program to allow your coping  better  with the variations  of life.  If you can locate a cognitive-behavioral therapist, this might help immensely.

Check Heart Rhythm?: You might want to check your heart rate. It is important to make note of both its speed (how many beats in a minute) and its regularity (or lack thereof). Your symptoms make me wonder about the possibility of an abnormal heart rhythm. And of course, it is NEVER wrong to get checked out to make sure! Hope this is helpful!

Sexual arousal...: ...sounds like the best bet. At age16, it also sounds like you'd better be prepared for sex, even if not immediately planning on it. I'm not encouraging sex if you're not ready, but it sounds like your body is ready even if your head isn't. Please be prepared in regard to contraception and STD prevention (e.g., have condoms handy). Also get started on HPV vaccine if not already immunized.

Anxiety: Anxiety causes our r bodies to react in many ways that were honed over millions of years of evolution. It's our alarm system and it prepares us for action. Massive changes in blood flow and hormones gives us this feeling.  Its good to understand all your bodies anxiety reactions.

Not quite sure: without directly observinig. AND... anytime there is increased motility of the digestive tract it can produce nausea or.... things like viral infection or gastroenterities if  they are producing irritaiton and nausea, will likely also increase gut motility. infection, virus, bacterial infection or medicine, or drugs of abuse, new smoking, alcohol, or just nerves all can do this.
