There is no such thing as a perfect body and there are so many other things you could be doing with your time, money, and emotional energy.

Depends: Gluteal implants are safer than injected substances but not safer than fat transfers.   Butt injections are not approved in the unites states.  That means if you are getting them, it is by an unlicensed practitioner.  Every year in my area there are one or two deaths due to butt injections.

Best to wait: In general, elective procedures (any type of cosmetic procedure) should be avoided while you are breast feeding. Sometimes surgery is needed in emergencies, but the medications used may disrupt breast feeding. It would be better to wait and then discuss this with your doctor.

Buttock lift: There is plastic surgery available to help with buttocks enhancement.  The surgery wouldn't affect breast feeding, but the drugs used during and after surgery might require a short break from nursing. You can store breast milk for that purpose.
