i have burr hole : subdural hematoma can anyone help , what to do?

Subdural hematoma: I assume you have the bur hole as the subdural hematoma was treated?  If your follow up CT scan was negative for hematoma then you are cleared. If there is still a hematoma causing pressure on the brain then you need to speak to the neurosurgeon that did the procedure about further treatment.

i had burr-hole surgery for a subdural hematoma in 2004. i've had a good recovery except for persistent upper-body weakness. is this outcome normal?

Possibly: Motor acquired as a result of your subdue all hematoma was probably related to the trauma causing the hemorrhage or to increased intracranial pressure.  It is not uncommon for motor weakness acquired at the time of your trauma and surgery to be permanent.

2-4 weeks: Usually 2-4 weeks.  Usually, i order a ct about 4 weeks afterwards to confirm that it has resolved.  Good luck.

It is usually due to a traumatic event or if the patient's blood is being thinned.  It can be nonsurgical or surgical depending on how large it is and what the patient's neurological status is.

Blood around brain: There are three layers of tissue that surround the brain, known collectively as the "meninges." the outermost layer is the dura mater, the middle layer the arachnoid mater, and the layer closest to the brain the pia mater.  When veins that go between these layers rupture - often because of trauma - blood can start to pool between the dura mater and arachnoid mater causing a subdural hematoma.
