Vaginal odor: There are several causes of bad smelling vaginal discharge and testing is needed to determine the cause and treatment. The most likely is bacterial vaginosis. Bacterial vaginosis is an overgrowth of normal vaginal bacteria. It causes a watery discharge with a fishy odor. It is not sexually transmitted and your partner does not require treatment. It is treated with antibiotics.

Well: It opens the nasal passage. Ok butbuohvdo create scar tissue so may have problems again. Try non harmful measures first like steam and hot fluids to open the nasal passages

ENT: Evaluation  is needed, surgery isn't the first line of treatment for affected sense of smell, you can have engorged turbinates due to chronic inflammation, that can be due to allergies, and can be medically treated first. History and physical exam are important by a specialist, good luck

a week ago i had radiofrequency ablation on bi-lateral l3,4&5. my dr says it will take 3-4 weeks to help. what i cant understand is why if the nerves been burnt off & severed why isnt the pain relief instant as the nerves cant send signals anymore?

Not uncommon: The wall is burnt, but still needs to come off. Actually heavy bleeding not uncommon.

Hydrogen sulfide: really good description. That smell is sulfur from bacterial breakdown of foods that have sulfur You cannot create sulfur out of nothing anymore than you can create gold, it's got to come from something you ate (eggs, most commonly). 
Only some bacteria create it. They don't have to be disease causing, although helicobacter (stomach germ) both creates sulfur smell AND irritate stomach.
