Enteritis: Indigestion of food and Malabsorption.
 This is a short duration therefore BRAT diet for next 4 days may help you. Drink plenty of water and electrolytes.If it continues beyond 1 week then you need to get examination.

Diarrheal infection?: Colon, rectum, or anus symptoms can be due to some irritation (inflammation) or infection. Serious problems like cancers are possible, depending on one's age and family history. Irritation can occur from diarrhea, giardia, constipation, diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, etc... A primary care doctor can evaluate, and refer to a G.I. Specialist if needed.

Possibly: It may be related to stress but i would encourage you to see your physician to rule out medical causes first.  Ginger is excellent for soothing an upset GI track.  You can slice fresh organic ginger and let it steep in a covered pot for at least 5 minutes. Allow it to cool some before sipping. More importantly, get a handle on stress. Try to get at least 7.5 to 8 hours of sleep per night. How is &gt;.

If drinking liquids does not keep you hydrated, seek attention from a doctor who can give you intravenous fluids and help diagnose your problem.

Get an exam: You may have lactose intolerance. An infectious agent is also possible. Bloody mucus is something that should be checked out. If there is a focus of cancer it can often be cured if caught early enough. I suggest discussing this with the same physician who did your colonoscopy as soon as possible.
