SEe a Dr.: Ulcers in the throat combined with chest pain should be addressed in an urgent care setting. The Dr will do a thorough physical exam and tests to determine what is the underlying cause or causes.

You need: an upper GI evaluation ...a gastroenterologist may be the way to proceed . This is especially true if you have already been evaluated by your Primary Care Provider! Endoscopic exam may be the next step!

: Not sure what your question is. Your symptoms suggest gastroesophageal reflux or possibly a peptic ulcer. If you smoke, stop. If you drink alcohol, give up. If you are losing weight, you require a consultation with your physician.
