Yes: Melanoma can cause burning and pain, particularly when it grows deeper into the skin.  A mole should never itch, burn, or cause pain.  When it does, that is a sure sign that you should see your doctor to have it evaluated.

Call your prescriber: I think u mean burning sensation in neck / head from Lexapro (escitalopram) . It would first need to be established if these ate indeed from Lexapro (escitalopram) or " anxiety " for which Lexapro (escitalopram) may be prescribed.

As to the burning at clitoris, one has to make sure if vigorous physical stimulation for sex has been given to it. R/O DISC DISEASE: Your description of the pain sounds neuropathic in nature . You need a full exam and focused Neuro exam. Full lab tests including TFTS /Vit b12/Vit d/ Lyme disease. If symptoms persist an you have increased knee reflexes, MRI of brain would be needed to evaluate for MS. If reflexes are weak or foot drop is present. Mri of cervical spine is needed to rule out herniated disc or mass effect.

Burning: This is most likely to be an irritability/inflammation of superficial nerves, skin or muscles in the scalp rather than a brain problem. Check for any signs of scalp inflammation. If symptoms persist or worsen, have an examination by a physician.
