Time: Time is the mother of all diagnosers. It also tends to heal better than anything out there too. Your symptoms are vague and can be many things, so keeping a close eye for any changes or developments will be advisable. You might find that while observing, your symptoms resolve!  so give it some time since it has only been a day.

See your doctor : This might be restless legs which can be associated with low iron but a wide variety of other possibilities best sorted out by examining.  (Eg referred from back, knee or hip arthritis, neuropathy (nerve problem))

Patella-femoral synd: 25 yo female c/o aching knees might have genu varus or genu valgus; causing abnormal patella-leg bones alignments. Potentiating causal factor might be underlying Joint Hypermobility Syndrome (JHS). Study the Brighton Criteria. Many Rheumatologists discount JHS so avoid them. An Osteopath can discern. Wise podiatrist might be helpful. Non-weight bearing exercise (swimming) helpful. Avoid surgeons.

Not sure: I am not sure what this could be. Are your joints inflamed? Do you have diabetes? Is is constant? Are you healthy otherwise? Burning only? Any pain? Do you take any medications?
