Many possibilities: Rashes are difficult to accurately determine without actually seeing the rash. However, rashes near the eye need to be evaluated because of the possibility of a herpes infection spreading to the eye. Get seen by your doctor.

Not likely: Rash under breasts may be due to hot- humid air.  Itchy eyelids and burning tongue not related. Do you have heavy breasts? Why did you take Zithromax? Fever?

You are uncomforable: Not all of your symptoms will fit into one neat diagnosis. I'd start with a good neurology exam  which can address vertigo, burning leg sensation, numbness of the face.

See PCP: Could be early Herpes Zoster. See PCP. Some MDs treat before vesicles come out. Time will tell what it is. Burning eye is usually due to dryness but see eyeMD to be sure you do not have HZV in eye.

Burn: Could be an irritant to your skin, any new lotions, soaps?  How long been going on for, could still be an infection and just no rash yet for hepres, can take a few days to develop.  If burning is with urination, may be an infection of your bladder or urethra.

Many things: Blepharitis, allergies, dryness, styes and infections are just a few things that can cause this very generic symptom. The only way to fix it is to figure out what it is first. See your eye doctor.

Sulfa drugs: Sulfa drugs can cause rashes. They may resolve in as little as 12 hours or take weeks. You likely still have inflamation of tissues which is causing that sensation.
