Possible Shaving: Rash or other inflammation. Try using over the counter 1% hydrocortizone. It is sold as cortaid-10 or other brands. Use 3 times a day for 4 days. If you get worse or it does not clear up, you will need to have a doctor examine you. If the skin is weeping any fluid - see a doctor tomorrow.
Be careful with shaving, you may want to avoid that for a week.
