BV or Yeast: Bv or yeast are the two most likely diagnoses.  Contact dermatitis is also a possibility.  There are specific tests to figure out what is bothering you.

i had af genitalium tests and everything was negative even candida ,my gyn told me that you have candida but no lab results test positive for it . i have soreness and little burning outside my vagina . is it possible to have candidates only outside?

: It is difficult to disregard your GYN doc's diagnosis without examining you although your symptoms and negative test seem incompatible with vaginal yeast infection. However, if your doctor made that diagnosis and gave you prescription for this condition you should use it as a therapeutic trial because the treatment for vaginal yeast infection is not harmful.

Vulvar burning & you: Make sure that your vulva(outside of the vagina) is not in contact with irritating chemicals like harsh soaps, unrinsed underwear, prolonged thong use, and cuts from shaving. Dove, caress and ivory soaps are non-irritating. If it continues, see a gyn md and be checked for a vulvo-vaginal infection.

: Would be better to use Canesten or some other vaginal yeast cream that you can buy without a prescription.

Several things: There are several things it could be but you are going to need to see a doctor to know for sure. Yeast is one possibility. Allergic reaction to an irritant, herpes, vulvar vestibulitis, shingles are some others. This should not be hard to figure out for us to figure out and get you some help. Call and schedule to get help.

Female Pain: Pain of the skin around the female private area is typically labial pain.  This might occur with yeast infection, which causes burning/itching/redness, allergic reactions (such as to sanitary pads or chemicals), post-coital pain, reaction to semen, post-trauma such as horseback riding/bicycles, or if more localized can be in-grown hairs or cysts. If not improved, you should see your gynecologist.
