So you feel fine and: Have no symptoms, but want to know what the white stuff was on his penis? Did you ask him? Not having been there, i'm nit sure what he did, what you saw, or what it was, but uncircumcized boys may accumulate material under the foreskin, he may have prematurely ejaculated, but underscores need for safew sex rather than post coital questions.

In my 45-yr study &amp; practice in urology, there has been no related discussion on its "physiological" function although much praise of its enhancing sexual feeling has been around. Largely, it's considered as a "redundant" part of the penis. Of course, different view &amp; debate on its presence will continue &amp; evolve

5 yrs, need help...: A fractured penis is not actually a fracture of bone. It's an injury or rupture of the lining of the part of the penis that fills w blood during an erection. When the penis fills it eventually can't stretch the capsule (Tunica albuginea) any more &amp; becomes hard. This covering can tear/rupture. If tx'd immediately it may heal. But, fibrous tissue gen doesn't heal well &amp; usually req surgical repair.

Anxiety and other stressful issues can cause significant problems with erections for men.  He may want to talk about this with his physician. But, in general this does not affect men in their twenties and is easily overcome with some brain exercises or other intervention for stress.
