Self descriptive: Burning mouth syndrome is partly in the description of the patient.  A burning mouth does not require most patients to 'look' for symptoms, they know they have a burning mouth.

It also can be a difficult condition to treat.  I go through a sequence of elimination.  Vitamin supplementation, yeast imbalance treatment, hormone imbalance and finally oral steroid rinse treatments.
