Pain in ejaculation: I would strongly advise to see a physician. It's entirely possible that you have a urinary tract infection or epididymitis even if you are not sexually active. The other diagnostic possibilities is extensive and includes inflammation (urethritis, prostatitis, orchitis), malignancy, hernia, calculi (stones), stricture, medications or psychogenic. Difficult to make a diagnosis without physical exam

Infection or pH : Anything that would irritate the urethra could cause pain with urination--most common in males being infection or due to urine ph abnormalities. If you cannot make it go away with next urination, should ask your dr or urologist to check.

Unclear: You may be passing the stones or stone fragments through the penis.  Alternatively you could have a urinary tract infection.  Does it hurt when you urinate?  If you have a urinary tract infection and "blocking" stones, this could be an emergency.  Best to consult your urologist.  If you get a fever &gt;100.4 f, go directly to emergency room.

See answer : Other than a more thorough history and limited GU exam, a urinalysis and possible culture would be most helpful. An abnormal urinalysis showing either an abnormal number of red or white blood cells would suggest possible UTI, urethritis, stone, or less likely tumor. A normal urinalysis would suggest a non-bacterial prostatitis, or less likely urethral stricture.  A urologist would be best to see.

See below: After a meal of containing hot chile peppers Capsaicin(the ingredient that makes peppers hot) is excreted intact in the stool and to smaller extent in urine.  The anus, bladder and urethra have sensory tissue and will register pain when Capsaicin arrives at these sites.

Needs a diagnosis: WBC in the urine indicates he has an infection somewhere in the urinary tract - urethra (penis), bladder or kidney.  Although fairly common (and usually trivial) in women, in men it can be more serious - sexually transmitted disease, prostatitis, bladder stone.  Needs to see a Urologist to get a better diagnosis (and then better therapy).
