i have had a burning feeling in the muscle on top of my forearm for 2 weeks now. ive been trying to wait it out but its still there. ive also experienced a spasm in one of my back muscles randomly and pins and needles on my thigh. could this be ms?

Arm pain: Such positional arm pain, if not around a joint, suggests a nerve impingement. A physician would have to examine you in order to localize or diagnose the problem. Conditions like tendonitis, arthritis involve joints. A strained muscle would be caused by recent injury or overuse syndrome.

See a doc: Left arm numbness can be from a herniated disk in the neck or nerve compression in the upper extremity. Less likley other etiologies include cardiac and abdominal causes. See an orthopedist.

Burning in arms: 60 year old lady with burning under both arms. Please visit your MD for a full exam.  Please describe the location of your pain better, in the armpit (axilla)? or is it on the bottom of your arms/forearms.When did the pain start? Suddenly or gradually?  How long does the feeling last? Is it painful? Does it radiate down your arm? Any medical conditions or medications? MD needs full history.

Many Possibilities: Depending on how long it's been going on, i would consider an evaluation by a spine specialist.  Sometimes it could be a muscle imbalance, early onset arthritis or scoliosis.  Also could be a pinched nerve/herniated disc.  Either way it might be good to figure it out and get appropriate treatment.

2 Sebaceous Cyst (has to be checked out)
