Fever: Fever and chills usually means your body is trying to mount and attack against an infectious process ( viral or bacterial) and with a headache and burning eyes I'd guess maybe a sinusitis. Best see your doctor and take some Aspirin or Tylenol (acetaminophen) for now to help with the symptoms.

Benadryl (diphenhydramine) use: It is hard to tell whether your child has an upper respiratory infection or an allergic reaction because you font mention how high her temperature. In any case, yes, you can use Benadryl (diphenhydramine) for her congested nose. It is best to see your doctor because of her red burning eyes. They may be infected or she may be having an allergic reaction.

If you continue to: vomit, you are losing important electrolytes to stabilize your body's fluids, and this could shift and cause more problems. Then, you'll have to get IV fluids in your via the urgent care center or ER if you can't hold down fluids to replenish the dehyration that's being caused by the stomach upset, vomiting cycle. The rest could tie easily into your current symptoms. So see your doctor ASAP!

Saline: Try various lubricating artificial tears or cooled drops first, if not better, then have it checked out.

Probably DRY EYE: Dry eye syndrome is the most likely cause of burning of the eyes.  If your eyes feel tired, it also goes along with dry eye.  If you are tired, it might be that you need more sleep.  Lack of sleep can also cause your symptoms.  You should see an eye md.  You may first try otc artificial tears such as refresh tears or systane balance.

can i protect my burning eyes from pollen high count ?

Eye drops: Antihistamknes such as Claritin or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) will help but you can use over the counter antihistamine eye drops such as zaditor as well. Wearing sunglasses outside helps too. See your doctor if you still have problems.
