: No STI causes abnormal urine odor. But good idea to be professionally evaluated -- best to play it safe. No harm will come form waiting two days.

Get Re-Evaluated: Get re-evaluated.  Besides stds, yeast or fungal infections can cause stinging and burning.  So can herpes, allergic reaction (soaps - bath or laundry, sprays - deodorant or scented, chemicals or dyes in clothing, etc), friction, trauma, hpv or genital warts, certain foods, dehydration, excretion of chemicals or compounds that have been ingested, medications, street drugs, etc.

itchy, burning, pain on penis head, anus, and lips. 3 weeks since possible exposure. on day 4 of valtrex just in case doc said. could i have contracted herpes in all three areas? no sores in any 3 areas. could the valtrex have stopped them?

: Herpes Simplex Virus infection can be characterized by itchy, burning pain. Once infected, there is no cure. Valtrex is an antiviral that will prevent outbreaks of ulcers/cold sores, but will not eradicate the virus which can live dormant in Nerve cells.

Area still inflammed: It is likely that the cut/slit is not completely healed and thus every time it is exposed to urine (acidic and salty) burning sensation can occur. Also, inflammation on the inside of your foreskin, i.E, from fungal infection, can cause burning as well. If it is better, you should be ok in few days. If not, consult doc..Likely some topical ointment can be used to help. Good luck.

Need the diagnosis: Successful therapy is achieved by treating  the cause of the disease, not the symptom. If you just treat the symptoms you will at best get temporary relief. If you treat the cause, you can get rid of the problem and the symptoms. Remember, without a diagnosis, its just a guessing game.

Need more info: Any discharge? You might have mild infection just inside the penis or low grade urinary infection.Very important to make an appointment with your primary care physician to get a urinalysis done.

Pain penis: Any pain on the penis would be unusual without a history of trauma.  I would suggest he sees a Doctor.
