Burning ear: Your symptoms are vague. You may be having migraine headache, virus infection, anxiety attack,  so it's hard to pinpoint one diagnosis with burning ears.

Painful rash: If it's just on one side, i'd worry this was shingles and would encourage you to get someone to start treatment right away.  If it's on both sides, it could be an allergic reaction to something that got on your skin.  There are a lot of other conditions that can cause painful rashes but most need to be seen to be diagnosed.

what can cause mild burning ear and neck pain also in chest muscle when breathing deep like referred pain. not getting worse or better 5 days now.

Unusual group of: Symptoms.  I would get checked especially if there is any pain with breathing (pleuritic pain).

Check ear drum: Hi  PRubin, I suggest you go and see your doctor to get your ear drum checked. The mechanism of injury is unlikely to perforate your ear drum, but if you feel your hearing is impaired after the incident, it's best to make sure the ear drum's intact.

Be alert to Herpes I: Herpes infections can be confused with Fever blisters.
If you develop any more blisters on your (half)  face, go see a doctor tomorrow. You want to be sure that you do not have Shingles(Herpes Zoster). This requires antibiotics to control it. But it may be something less serious and may settle down in 1-2 days. So I do not mean to create any anxiety. But caution is advised.
