are you sexually active,any other symptoms like vaginal discharge, urgency to urinate,hesitancy,burning etc...
could be related to bladder some time UTI can manifest itself by vague pain and pressure might be gone away after first urination
you might not been emptying your bladder properly
so see your doctor

: could be many reasons. irritation/ inflammation of the urinary opening being the commonest ones. Instead of wiping try dab drying. And if it still hurts pl see your Gyn for exam

Yeast? STD?: Allergy is not a likely cause. The most common cause of vulvar or vaginal area itching or burning is yeast infection. Also, STDs can do this, and can also give urinalysis results similar to UTI. Check back with the doctor who prescribed the UTI treatment -- probably need reexam, and STD testing if at risk, e.g. new partner, partner with other partners, etc.

The Wipes?: Could be the wrong wipes. Make sure you're not using chlorox wipes.

Vulvar scratch: My guess is that you scratched your vulva during wiping. Give it a few days. If it does t get better, see a gynecologist.

Skin sensitivity: Those products can be very helpful for some people, but they can also cause irritation and burning.  Sometimes it's best to leave the vaginal and vulvar skin alone for a little while and if it doesn't get better, see your gynecologist.

had hard bm. had to do manual disimpaction. wiped had bright red blood. i have pain and burning. what happened? what should i do? is this normal?

Not normal: Rectal bleeding is not normal and needs to be evaluated. This bleeding may have been from local trauma, but we can't assume that, so it's best to see the doctor for an examination

been having diarrhea for almost 2 days now and now it really burns. can diarrhea be to acidic? what would be causing the burning? using wipes not tp.

It is probably: Local irritation.  Diarrhea is typically not acidic, but it is possible.  Try pepto bismol (bismuth subsalicylate) to reduce diarrhea, clean with wipes gently as you are doing, and apply Hydrocortisone cream topically after each movement.  These maneuvers should help.  Seek med attention for any blood in stool, any abdominal pain, or if diarrhea persists.

Many reasons: You should get a pelvic exam.  It could be due to an infection.
