Try...: ...1% Hydrocortisone cream. If that is not sufficient, you'll need to see a dermatologist for a prescription cream. If the burn (actually an irritant dermatitis) is on your face, now you know why depilatories like nair are not recommended for use on the face.

Yes: Nothing special about aloe. Anything for dry skin will lubricate the skin, reducing pain ; promoting healing. Don't stop gentle washing.

Hydrocortisone: This is a chemical sensitivity. Ice can help in the short term and over the counter 1% hydrocortisone can help if it persists after washing with cool water and a mild soap such as Aveeno (oatmeal).

Nair: This may have been a primary irritation from Nair rather than a true allergic reaction, but nevertheless I don't recommend that you use it again in view of your intolerance to it as evidenced by the burning discomfort it caused. The next application may cause a more extensive reaction or inflammation.

Chemical burn: Rinse under cold shower for at least 5 minutes and apply cool compresses as long as needed for pain.  Apply a very bland moisturizer such as vaseline or aloe between compresses.  You could also be allergic to the chemicals, same treatment would help.  Good luck!

Electrolysis can be used for smaller regions but is less reliable and technique dependent than lasers. Lasers are very safe if performed by a skilled and experienced physician or provider. Vaniqa cream also helps reduce hair growth by 40% but effects wear off after discontinuing use. Laser effects are long-lasting.

Chemical Irritation: The chemicals in Nair are good for removing hair, but the sensitive lining of the labia minora and surfaces of the vaginal opening are not a good place for such chemicals.  The burning with peeing may be related to this.
Flush the area with large amounts of cool water and if the burning is still present, apply some cortisone cream.  If the pain continues more than 24 hours, see your family doctor.

Hair remover burns: I can appreciate your frustration. For hair remover burns simply wash the area copiously with cool water. Then apply an antibiotic ointment such as bacitracin, to the area 2-3 times a day. Long er term effects such as skin increased pigmentation would suggest the appropriateness of a visit to a dermatologist.

Possible UTI: Visit your PCP for complete evaluation. It is a good possibility that you have an urinary tract infection. The urine sample taken with a culture will support or reject the diagnosis of UTI.
