Exam: In most cases, the frenulum tear will get better without treatment &amp; you should avoid sexual activity until the tear has healed. Once it has healed you can try to use a lubricant during sex to prevent it from happening again. If your frenulum keeps getting torn you may need an operation to lengthen it which is called a frenuloplasty. I suggest a medical exam to check on your condition. Good luck!

Depends: Torn frenulum usually heals on its own. But might require frenulotomy or frenuloplasty if frenulum remains tight &amp; liable to tear again with sex or masturbation. Very simple surgical procedure which can even be done in office after application of topical anesthetic cream injected local anesthetic. Or under general anesthesia.

Possible yeast: This could be a yeast infection.  Keep the skin as dry as possible. Apply otc antifungal such as lotrimen twice a day.  If you are diabetic make sure you keep glucose under good control.
