Don't use razor: Razor bumps are small infections in the hair follicle from in grown hairs. Consider using a depilatory(hair removal cream).

Keep it clean: Watch for signs of infection, like red streaks, pain, worsening redness, any drainage, etc, .  If on the outside where shaving occurs, you can try an over the counter topical antibiotic cream to the area.  If worsens, see the dr.  Best wishes.

Bumps: Warts, polyps, hsv, or folliculitis are common causes. The combination of a physical exam and possibly a biopsy usually reveals the answer.

Vaginitis: This needs to be evaluated. It could be vaginal infection, cervicitis and /or yeast infection. Uti symptoms are different but cannot be ruled out. See a doctor.

Needs  physical exam: What is described here is most compatible with either a trapped hair (if you shave) or a small lipoma. A lipoma is a collection of fatty tissue under the skin. It is not cancerous but may grow. Other "nodules" include fibromas which are rarer, and thicker tissue. Also, benigh. Nonetheless, all vulvar "lesions" should be evaluated by a gynecologist. Any gyn md can also provide infection testing.
